How did the glass find its way to me?

Glass, glass beads and tinsel have fascinated me since childhood. As a little girl, I went to Desná in the Jizera Mountains with my parents for holidays. The landlady had beads scattered along the paths in the garden, there were glass balls on the fence and I always took a bag of original glass buttons home as a farewell. I still have them to this day and sometimes rummage through them nostalgically, and I am quite a big girl now. So it was only a matter of time before I found my way to glass. And since thoughts create life, one day the path to glass began to open up for me and I gradually met the right people from whom I could learn. I thank everyone who helped me in my early days.

Working with glass is a hobby for me. I draw from my own feeling for the combination of colors and materials, from nature, influencing emotions and experiences. I really enjoy it. I like to decorate myself, I don't care for precious metals, but a tasteful original piece of jewelry always pleases me. Moreover, I live in the Krkonoše Mountains, near world-famous glass factories and workshops. Working with glass has a long tradition here.
